Stacking HGH with GLP-1?

I'm about to start my first (self monitored) cycle of HGH. I'm starting low at 4IU every other day. I wanna be careful about insulin and glucose and all that stuff, if anyone can tell me an easy way to monitor it on my own.
My main question though is that I've seen people say you should use a glp1 while on HGH to help prevent any sort of insulin sensitivity side effects. Can anyone confirm this?

4 IU EOD... better not be for height, don't get fear mongered by insulin sensitivity, just don't live like a degen and you're most likely good, be active and don't over or under eat on carbs
