The weak HTB/Strong MTB angle frauder understands looks are everything, hence her wearing braces to fix her teeth while the LTB who is looksminned to oblivion either fails to understand that looks are the end all be all, especially for women, or understands but has given up or chooses to go a different (wrong) route doesn't get her teeth fixed, has horrible dyed hair color, doesn't wear braces to fix the gap between her teeth, doesn't wear makeup, doesn't bother losing weight, nothing. A foid like this with some "procedures" or even makeup and a few other things can easily fraud to MTB if she wanted.
Clear example of bones are everything, left has a strong wide jaw while right is completely recessed, maxilla, jaw, everything. One thing i noted is that boneless women cannot be fat/overweight, they look like shit most of the time. If a foid is boneless, she has to go the "cute" route which usually means being lower BF % so her face isn't so bloated/fat as the bones to support it aren't there whereas if left foid got chubbier, she'd look decent because she has a wider jaw and can support the extra fat and still come out looking decent.
