Yes, you can. I think rhinoplasty will really ascend you. I have a similar problem as you where my nose really holds back my harmony. A taller chin will ascend you even more.

It’s either that or big buccal fat pads or both.

I just take 3-4mg potassium at the morning and maybe 1-2mg at the evening if needed

On special occasions I take 80-120mg furosemide which basically flushes out all electrolytes and you won’t get bloated no matter what for 8 hours but you will feel like shit
U can try furosemide if you can get it, I was able to just buy at the pharmacy and they didn’t ask for a recipe, ur pharmacy might ask for it

We talked on insta a lot, she followed me cause I had a class with her last semester but I didn’t know she existed until the semester ended and now we don’t really see eachother in person anymore

Probably, but I just supplement it much easier.

Eyes too far apart from each other - orbital box osteotomy or could get wider zygos to hide it

Nose too big - rhinoplasty

Shit under eye support - infraorbital implants/fat grafting

No zygos - implants/ fillers

Rounded jaw - fillers probably but debloat and get lean first

Puffy cheeks - buccal fat removal/ debloating

Crazy bloated - debloating

Weak recessed chin - genioplasty

Chin to philrum ratio is ass - genioplasty

No harmony - fix above

No appeal - same
