today i realized there were little hair pieces shedding from the back of my head, the little coil ones (i have straight hair) and overall, just a rampant increase of shedding, it doesnt seem like telogen effluvium or caused by stimulant use, meaning im probably entering nw1

im 18, it seems like it has started (or started a while ago, idk)

That’s very individual specific, some peoples hair loss is rapid, and for some it isn’t. For me, once I noticed it I only waited like 4 more the before starting and I lost a lot of ground

I probably got all the way to nw2 but I’m at like 1.5 now. Honestly not too concerned about regrowth I just need to maintain

oh, i was thinking of getting on fin or dut anyway, but i read alot of side effects and that its pointless/harmful even if your not balding or just starting
