Animal blood is very rich in micronutrients, low calorie and high in protein. It is also relatively cheap. (like $4 for 300g) You can find them in your local Asian supermarket. I'm going to be talking about pig blood specifically. (sorry muslimcels)

Energy & Macronutrients in 100g of Pig Blood

  • Calories: ~80 kcal
  • Protein: ~18 g
  • Fat: ~0.4 g
  • Carbohydrates: ~0.1 g

As I said before the macros mogs.

Micronutrients
  • Iron: ~42 mg
  • Calcium: ~7 mg
  • Magnesium: ~3 mg
  • Phosphorus: ~90 mg
  • Potassium: ~100 mg
  • Sodium: ~525 mg
  • Zinc: ~0.34 mg
  • Copper: ~0.12 mg
  • Selenium: ~7 mcg
  • Chromium: ~1 mcg
  • Iodine: ~5 mcg
  • Vitamin A: ~38 mcg
  • Vitamin D: ~0.1 mcg
  • Vitamin E: ~0.4 mcg
  • Vitamin B1: ~0.09 mg
  • Vitamin B2: ~0.03 mg
  • Niacin (B3): ~3.8 mg
  • Vitamin B6: ~0.08 mg
  • Folate (B9): ~4 mcg
  • Vitamin B12: ~0.60 mcg
  • Vitamin C: ~1 mg

As you can see micros are also insane and would help fill most of your DV. So start eating blood boyos. I wouldn't drink them raw myself but be my guest. :lul:

Cooking pork blood is dumb. It loses it's sweetness and tastes like shit. I've drank gallons of raw pork blood and nothing has happened to me.
