Stop using cucumbers and carrots only to stick it in your ahh. Rather start cutting them up as sticks to dip it in low fat, low oil hummus. You can make hummus at home easily. It’s over for you if you aren’t NT enough to do so. This is low calorie and can replace a whole carb heavy loaded meal as you’ll feel full and satiated.
 
Imagine filling yourself up with empty zero micronutrient foods just for the sake of filling yourself up when you can fill yourself up with nutritious foods and still get lean.

Easier said than done, but just be in a deficit and do low intesity cardio, no need for this bullshit.
