Have been doing it for the last few days and it has made me somewhat more relaxed and increased my focus/attention span
Its pretty simple:
1. Find a quite, dark place to sit down
2, Set a timer for 10 minutes (minimum), try and work your way up to 20, or however much you can manage
3. Take deep breaths in and out through your nose.
4. Whatever thoughts you get, try and forget about them and always bring your attention back to your breath. It will be hard at first, but over time, you will be able to focus on your breath for longer periods of time before other thoughts pop up
5. Do it every day
