Start short distance running NOW

I've been doing 1.5-2km runs 4 times a week for over a month now. Not the longest distance but I'm doing it with a pretty decent pace. Recently my libido has increased noticably so my testosterone levels most likely have too. I read in a study that a short, exhausting workout is in this area vastly superior to something like running a marathon over and over again, which is why i specifically mentioned "short distance running" in the title.

well it regulates again after 60 minutes, is that still a problem?

read the study, it only mentions that total testosterone gets increased through habitual exercise. all it says about dht is that it increases and shortly after decreases again

Yeah, idk if it have any actual impact but.found interesting to post, this may give some mental benefits tought

Yeah I should. I need to raise my fitness since next winter I'm in army, and they'll hold those tests in there.

i might have to end up in the army too at some point since its technically mandatory in my country. fun times ahead

Can’t change bone structure and eye area so it’s a waste of time

my bone structure becomes more visible right after exercising though
I have sunken zygos and a narrow potato jaw and a retruded mandible so even after being extremely lean, I’m still a potato subhuman.

I get plenty of sprinting done when I sprint after the girls.

I used to jog in a park that had lots of girls and I stopped after a day cause they kept looking frightened cause I’m a genetic abomination.

Running 2 miles before working out is the best thing tbh
