I've been doing 1.5-2km runs 4 times a week for over a month now. Not the longest distance but I'm doing it with a pretty decent pace. Recently my libido has increased noticably so my testosterone levels most likely have too. I read in a study that a short, exhausting workout is in this area vastly superior to something like running a marathon over and over again, which is why i specifically mentioned "short distance running" in the title.
