is alfaro really better? what does he charge for jaw advancement surgery? (just a ballpark number is fine)It's all up to you, if you're happy with what you discussed with the first-mentioned surgeon then proceed. If you want a 2nd opinion then wait 'til you've talked with the latter mentioned surgeon. The latter one is very good for SFS & sleep apnea. Provides mogger mandible advancements and does subspinal LF1.
All surgeons have their one area that they "specialize" in, it's what they were taught during their training. You can identify a surgeons "speciality" yourself or you can ask them and have them confirm it. For Alfaro it's what I mentioned, his best results are for patients with SFS and those who need large mandible advancements. Other surgeons beat him in other areas of orthognathic surgery.is alfaro really better? what does he charge for jaw advancement surgery? (just a ballpark number is fine)

females. his soft tissue work is the best out of any OMFS in the world. his student, Pary, is on par with him.what's raffainis specialty?
how much does raffaini charge? i feel like w alfaro and other expensive surgeons it's kind of pointless to save up and wait until you're a greycel when there are other better and cheaper options that have less marketing/are unknownfemales. his soft tissue work is the best out of any OMFS in the world. his student, Pary, is on par with him.
op what did ramieri say? did you like his treatment plan and are the movements blackpilled?Idk guys
In theory yes. Maybe 1-2 mm more pog would be nice so I’m safe against soft tissue stretching making the advancement seem less than it is.op what did ramieri say? did you like his treatment plan and are the movements blackpilled?
sorry but what's pog? how much total advancement is he planning for the maxilla and mandible? In theory yes. Maybe 1-2 mm more pog would be nice so I’m safe against soft tissue stretching making the advancement seem less than it is.
Fck it im going with R. Decision paralysis is for pussys.sorry but what's pog? how much total advancement is he planning for the maxilla and mandible?
sounds pretty good. how long will you have to wait until surgery? and did you per chance ask him about implants? i have somewhat weak undereye support so i think that would be beneficial for me to get. idk if maxilla movement helps with that a lotFck it im going with R. Pog is pogonion.
He didn’t make the movements clear but he said around 8.6mm pogonion. Some ccw rotation. And as little maxilla as possible. no genio as my chin is strong already. That’s his plan atleast. But I will need braces first. He sees the most potential there.
