Teenage boys don't you think a pretty boy look will get you girls forever because you're wrong. once you get into the late teens and twenties women starting wanting more masculine men, tall, musclar facial hair, pretty boy not so much unless you're an extreme outlier or rich or famous ofc. You need to start building huge amount of muscle to look decent unless you're genetically gifted. This is what i learn from personal experience. So gymmaxing has to be priority for teens

Every teen should be on a strict workout+diet regime all while on various peptides in order to achieve their maximum potential. They should also ignore extremely autistic programs such as Strongshits 5x5 or anything that involves working out your legs 3x as much as your upper body.
