I'm not really losing weight on a plant based diet despite lower calories. Fish and dairy products are incoming more. Other meats I'll avoid, not much benefit and the quality in India is questionable.

Made fish curry with coconut and tamarind, delicious

Only drawback is too many tiny bones making it a bit harder and the skin makes the cooking time a bit longer but I find it delicious and it's far more beneficial than other meats as long as the source is good

I think fish is healthy, I just can't stand the fucking taste.
