Started microneedling once a week with castor oil to induce beard growth.

It has been proven that microneedling is effective for baldcels trying to regrow their hair. So why not I use it for beard growth? The added castor oil will make it more effective.....

how many mm did you choose and you applied anything else besides castor oil?

1.75 mm and I use to use minoxidil but it fucked with my collagen
