im around 193cm and 84kg around 15%bf, lets hope i can get maybe 5cm of height before my growth plates close, why?? most say 6,4 is the ideal height but in the coutry i live in its fucking brutal i went to the store yeasterday and saw like 5 ppl close to 200cm easily and the avg male height was like 185cm.
anyway i started taking 20mg daily to see how well i can handle it, i will update on progress in regarding height and gymcel lifts
