my starting weight is 169.6, need to be under 150 for bone gains
why would you willingly starve yourself and stress your body out
the body will start using ketones, and the cortisol dip goes back. I have found ketones to be like an antidepressant for me

Hit your face (zygos, gonia) with a metal object until bruising, swelling, or bleeding

Being lean is the foundation of looksmaxxing. Getting as lean as possible ASAP before anything should be your #1 priority
