Starting a rating page for my school/city? (second post)

This is the second post about this I just want more feedback or opinions??

I think it would be funny and also start some drama in my town, we already have a bop of the week acc (instagram) in our city with weekly nominations and its hilarous. Classmates will tell the teacher " hey mister, do you know you have bop of the week in your class." I know i give structured and honest ratings, its like im given the true gift of sight, i just have to open the door. Im looking for advice or if u would also think this is funny and entertaining. Plus i feel like i could alter some lives and make a big impact which would be hilarious for someone to say u have chad of the week in your class or ltb of the month. The ratings will go weekly, then contasants will go monthly, then all the monthly will go for year.
