Starting a SARMS cycle as a gym noob (Ostarine)

I'm 20 years old, 5'11 manlet, 170 lbs, and approximately 20% bf. I'm tired of hating my body when I look in the mirror. I look fucking disgusting with this skinny-fat physique. Despite not having stepped in a gym in two years, I want to start an Ostarine cycle. Assuming my diet and training are on point (sleep will be sub-optimal), and I have PCT and AI's on hand, what's so wrong about this? I just want to get shredded faster than I would have gotten shredded naturally, like everyone else.

Before I start training, I want to do a few things. First, I want to get some preliminary blood work just to make sure my test and e2 levels are normal. Second, I need to perfect my diet plan, which will take an additional 2-3 weeks of planning. Finally, I need to do some more research on the potential interactions between Ostarine and the other medications I am taking (Finasteride and Adderall). I also need to do some more research on maintaining gains after the cycle is complete. I'm not sure whether I'll be doing an 8 or a 12 week cycle, I don't think any of them are long enough. I want everything to be as optimal as possible so i can squeeze the most gains out of this.

So that's it. I would be interested in hearing peoples' opinion on this.

Hey bro. Since Ostarine is only an 8 week cycle, I was thinking it might be better to work out natty for a couple weeks and then start an Ostarine cycle during the last 8 weeks of summer so I can be ripped by the time school starts. My only concern with this is test suppression affecting my school performance. If I become suppressed, how long will take for my T levels to return to normal?

I took Ostarine + MK677 when I was 20. My 6 week cycle resulted in 20-25 lbs of muscle gained. Don't listen to anyone on reddit who says Ostarine is too weak to give gains. Any serious trainer who's worked with PEDs knows that 6 weeks of SARMs = 6 months of natural training. For a noobie, 20 lbs isn't unreasonable in 6 months natty, so it can be expected in a single cycle. Especially if you lift every day and take your diet seriously.

I also ate 4k calories a day which is a 500 calorie surplus at my size so that helped a lot and was at 10.9% BF after the cycle (no clue what I was before). I didn't notice any test suppression tbh. I had insane libido during the cycle but then returned to normal a week after stopping. No PCT or AI needed.

I want to eat at a slight 300 calorie deficit (or at maintenance) for recomp. Will that cause any significant problems? Will it be hard to continue making gains or maintaining once the cycle is over?

I'd recommend 500 surplus if you're already low BF (<15%) to gain muscle. If you're recomping then eat at a deficit of 300-500. Ostarine helps prevents muscle deterioration so you can aggressively cut without worrying about losing too much muscle.

I had no problem maintaining my gains after the cycle was over and still made natural gains at a slow pace after.

i started working out at the age of 26 and built a pretty solid physique. so you might have a solid base to built too, you never know your potential without trying it. so be natty at least for 6 months and see first.

6 weeks of SARMs is equal to 6 months of natty training. If you're just doing it to get girls, it's not worth it due to potential side effects. I was on a time constraint of 3 months to gain 20-25 lbs for sports and did it since I had no other option.

OP if you have the knowledge on how to train and diet, and you are 100% sure about that, and of course okay with the risks of
SARMs, then you are okay to go

yeah i was 93kg but with a decent amount of muscle mass. it's easy to burn fat but not built muscle mass

6 months of natty training wouldn't give you that big amount of a muscle that makes "93kg" acceptable in your range
jfl you are like my friends, only lift to eat (while still not eating enough protein), and get obese in the end

i've been workout for 3 years, never said 6 months. however even with 6 months people started to say "have been working out ? "

i mean it's your life, i don't care. i just love natty

Oh for real? I'm looking for lean gains. Can I still gain muscle and lose fat on PED's at a slight deficit.

don't be a pussy, wasting ur time running some mild sarms. Use steroids

Maybe. It will just make you want to eat everything in sight and make you bloated. I'd just use ostarine to lose weight and retain muscle to get dry.
