basically gonna take 30mg anavar per day (do NOT say ANYTHING about “muh var is weak” i HAVE it so I MIGHT AS WELL USE IT) and do 5 sets of lat raises 3 sets of shoulder press and 3 sets of rear delt flies + 3 sets of pull ups nothing else 5 days a week for a month and see if growth is noticeably faster than training normally. This equates to like almost 5 times more than regular volume so if it works i should be able to gain around an inch of bidelt in a month. I’ll post a results thread later, request to be tagged here and i’ll tag in 2 weeks and in 4 weeks with results :feelsgood:

in studies isolated muscles can respond with greater hypertrophy for up to 52 sets per week when others are neglected
