Any tips? Any threads about dnp i should read?

Just LDAR in a fan/cooler/ac. Basic support supplements CoQ10,NAC, Vitamin c/e.

You won’t die from 500mg lol.
100 is so little, I promise you DNP is not that dangerous bud. Literally ran 400 and it’s tolerable for the most part.

I’ve ran both and while dnp is more effective it’s much more destructive of your day to day
I got up to 500 mg
Can’t eat carbs or you’re gonna feel like you’re burning alive
Have to keep cardio to a minimum to avoid sweating your ass off all day
Also you’re gonna be waking up in pools of sweat pretty often (my room was 74 fahrenheit)
I’d say find some decent diet advice for dnp on the internet, I just ate meat once a day and avoided carbs
It also makes you sluggish and very tired all day so I don’t recommend it if you go to school
Also obviously don’t drink any alcohol while on it, I drank two beers once and felt like I was gonna pass out

Overall good substance but you have to be mindful of the effects (mark as solution bhai)

Now the important part, how long was your cycle and how much kg did you lose?

My cycle was only a month bc I couldn’t handle the effects well esp since I’m an alcoholic and I couldn’t drink on it
I lost around 6kgs

Won’t you need a GLP-1 agonist anyway to help with the hunger?
