Starting gym

I have obviously been to the gym before but that has been with a sports team just doing basic strength and conditioning,nothing crazy
Now that the season is over I want to put on muscle for not just aesthetic purposes(biceps,triceps,abs,lats) but also for improvement in my sport.
I am 64kg 5’10 and quite skinny,I don’t have a bad base I think (pm for pictures) but my arms are extremely skinny and my chest is nonexistent like reverse gyno
I want to start going so if anybody could give me some tips and maybe a workout plan for a few days it would be appreciated

Train with intensity, and remember that 90% of the progress is made with your diet and consistency. Don't fall for propaganda like " optimal this, optimal that" Any known split, matched with consistency and a proper diet will give you results. I recommend you start with PPL (Push, Pull, Legs) it's a known effective beginner split. Push consists of Chest, Triceps, Shoulders. Pull is back and biceps. Legs is the third day, and if you want to hit abs do it here. After three days repeat, then after six take a rest, and restart the cycle a day later with push. If you can't determine what to hit for each muscle group on your own, just use the machines which title the muscle group your hitting, and ask people at the gym for advice. Oh and finally, mark me as a solution because I just saved you.
