My friend used 30 mg I think (3 x 10 mg each day ) he ended up adding Valium to become more sane

It's quite strong. Just look up its androgenic-anabolic rating. It's fine for short term use but would nuke your HPTA, skin, hair, bone health and liver in the long term. Especially if you're insane enough to use it as pre-workout. I suggest you to steer clear. You're better off using DHT-derivatives like Masteron and Proviron.
