Starting Hardmax

I dont know much about surgery or facial aesthetics but I need to learn quickly.

I have no clue how puberty effects things like mandibular angle or anything else
I have no clue how to plan surgery while on HGH and Androgens
and I dont know much surgeries except (Cantho, Blepharo, Face impants, Bimax, Le fort, and the stupid ear pinning surgery otoplasty)

Anyone with serious advice will be greatly appreciated

Yeah, I know alot about them and I know about looksmaxing peptides and such. Just not surgery
