5ui for 4 weeks at start i think but you can go to 3ui or 6ui depends on how your body reacts

depends entirely on your bone age and if your plates are open

being 18 chronologically can mean you have delayed skeletal maturity ex of a 16 year old meaning youll most likely grow more

Are the plates just for height or are they connected to facial bones etc. if its only for height i dont worry about that its mostly about the face and bones
