Im doing it for heigh growth and it will help. I understand HGH isn’t a miracle drug. My goal isn’t unrealistic growth (1-2inches)I’m just trying to maximize height safely while my growth plates are still open. I’m aware the effect is modest and gradual, and I’m monitoring IGF-1 and glucose for safety.

People literally have grown past 18 and if use HGH and aromasin I can squeeze out the last growth I have left which is the best chose in my scenario.

Yes my igf was 419 and my e2 was 30. I am now doing 4iu/day and 12.5mg of aromasin a day and going to get a blood test in 3 weeks. If my igf 1 is around 550-650 then im going to stick with my dose and if not then I will do 5iu. I am also aiming for 10-20pg/ml estradiol levels so if I reach that then I will lower the dose to maintain my levels because I down want to crush my estrogen for obvious reasons since aromasin is a suicidal AI

Im going to start HGH tomorrow morning and just want to document my journey. I just turned 17 and im standing at 5'6.5 (169cm), my dad is 5'7 and my mom is 5'3 and with HGH and aromasin im hoping to get to 5'9-5'10. I started by getting a x ray of my left hand 2 months ago to check my plates and the orthopaedic surgeon told me they are open but didn't specific the fusion stage so I assume I have about 3-6 months to grow. I did a lot of research and finally found some good sources however, the hardest and most expensive part was the blood test which I had to find a private lab that charged me 306$ca for a estradiol and igf 1 test. Im getting the results in 2 weeks but going to start tomorrow anyways because I have already waited too long and my plates are fusing. Im going to start with 2iu/day before I get my results back which after I will adjust the dose accordingly, so if my base line level of igf 1 is above 400ng/mL then I will bump it up to 3iu because obviously the higher your levels the less reactive your going to be to the exogenous HGH. I am aiming for levels around 450-600ng/mL for optimal height growth with little side affects. Im also going to start low dose of aromasin after getting my results to stay in optimal range around 12-25pg/mL to delay growth plate fusion but also not to interfere with my brain development and bone growth. Im going to pin in the morning because that's optimal for maximum heigh growth since you add gh when your natural levels are low and provide a more continuous gh exposure throughout the day, rather than overlapping the nighttime pulse, which is less optimal and could also lead to receptor desensitization. Im going to measure my glucose every morning fasted and eat low carb diet. I am also looking into using PTHrP analogs like abaloparatide but im still researching and sourcing.

shredded4summer has some good threads with interesting methods of growth plate reactivation but its very experimental.​
