fat/obese:lul::feelswhy:(i didnt know iu was that fat because its all in my back and legs, my face didnt change much)
diet, usual, raw eggs( i prefer them raw than cook them wrong), raw liver(100g), for meat heart that i get from a butcher, some meat, maybe raw milk and some raw dairy.
fruit maybe just like watermelon, pineapple and melon.
sunlight maxxing, ive heard that sunlight helps a lot if you have the cholesterol to make it into vitamin D.
ofc sleep, and stop caffeine 100%.
height, manlet 5'6, my dad is 5'8-5'9, my brother is 6'1.
face, ofc recessed, frontally im fine, side profile isnt good, but i think loosing fat wont make the recession look as bad(im not that recessed as such that its totally over).

my plan is to start loosing fat, maybe hope ill gain some height, like hpefully reach 5'9.
and this is it.

denetly i will need to pretty boy max, i dont have a twink body, i ahve a decent frame(calvicles, not musce), so i dont want to add muscle.
i dont have realy a beard even tho ALL the men in my family have it(even my brotehr who is 19 has a full beard), i have just a few hairs, 0 density and dont connect.

mewing, thumb puilling is bullshit, maybe ill try, it wont hurt.
defenelty fix posture.

exercise walking and maybe pullups.

its probaby over, but at least after i lose fat i can cope in peace or maybe i can get a ltb or sub-5 woman.

what makes you think you will get that big, also much easier to lose weight working out
in fact for work out, as i sayd i will do pull ups(negative), but i dont want to do much else since i dont want my cortisol to spike im alredy fat which makes it high
 
isnt it just a short term spike, your pull ups will not be enough to save your body
