fuck no. if you want to try naturally then change ur diet to tougher foods and/or chew falim gum 60-90 min per day.

No. Either implants, bimax, or fillers. You can get jaw widening with bimax (bsso), and you are recessed from the side, so bimax is definitely the best option overall, though it's a lot more invasive than implants.
