I'm starting my lookmaxxing journey.

I have a couple of questions regarding it.
I'm getting a gym membership as a first step. The plan is to get a lower body fat which would require me to get around 110lbs/49kg. My doctor said I should weigh 110 lbs if I want to become taller and be less fat. I am currently 15, 5'10/177cm, and 173lbs/78kg which means I am overweight. So I plan on cutting and need help building a diet and a workout routine. I'm also looking for supplements that could help the process. A friend of mine has recommended MK-677 but I've also seen people say that it is utterly useless.

Check out the ketogenic diet.

The trick is to eat more proteins than carbohydrates.

Eat in an eight-hour window. Avoid food for sixteen hours. This is known as intermittent fasting.

Lifting weight and running are the best exercises to lose kilograms.

Results will come after two months or more, so never be in a rush. Be patient.

your weight is good for your height i recommend to start eating better food eggs chicken beef milk learn the compound lifts and progressively overload on them

jfl at your friend mentioning .org to anybody, also look into aromatase inhibitors like aromasin to lower estrogen which will make your growth plates close less early

don't do those gay gymcel exercises yet and just do bodyweight exercises to fully pump your muscles with blood and condition them for heavy lifting in the future. Read convict conditioning and you'll understand

JfL 78kg at 177cm is not overweight. That means you have higher body fat and lower muscle mass. 15yr olds should be banned from this site.
You dont have enough maturity about life to even be here.
 
Why the fuck would you want to weigh 49kg as a man you would look like you just escaped Auschwitz that is very underweight

i dont think being 110 gonna boost ur growth in anyway just go to the gym progressively overload the weight and eat good you'll mske gains
but if u really wanna lose weight i dont think u should go below 150 at ur height imo because 110 will have u living life as a femboy
