I'm starting my lookmaxxing journey.
I have a couple of questions regarding it.
I'm getting a gym membership as a first step. The plan is to get a lower body fat which would require me to get around 110lbs/49kg. My doctor said I should weigh 110 lbs if I want to become taller and be less fat. I am currently 15, 5'10/177cm, and 173lbs/78kg which means I am overweight. So I plan on cutting and need help building a diet and a workout routine. I'm also looking for supplements that could help the process. A friend of mine has recommended MK-677 but I've also seen people say that it is utterly useless.
