Lifting for about 8 months on and off but v consistently last 3 months. Tbh I just want quick results cause i am impatient. My physique kinda looks like dogshit ik ik.

keep lifting natural for 6 months constantly. id bulk up a bit aswell. after that you should decide to hop on the secret sause. (although I still wouldnt recomend it that early)

just good genetics tbh plus I actually train to failure, watch diet and have a properly researched workout routine unlike most gym goers.
