first month done, height hasnt changed much, probably about 0.5 - 1cm evening height. bone mass gain is solid but this could just be puberty. bloat went away after the first ten days, though i had noticed a bit thinner hair in that period, but it has all fixed now. got only about 3kg of water weight (im on 15mg) because i dont want to look bloated as shit for school.
