starting my skincare routine, what should i change/add?

so a few hours ago i posted here saying i never took care of my skin or looks. ive been reading all the replies and im starting a real routine.
quick about me: im 16, oily skin, mild acne (a few spots on my cheeks and chin). im on a diet + gym + walking to lose weight and trying to fix my sleep too.

what im gonna buy:
- cerave foaming cleanser (cetaphil gentle cleanser if i cant find it)
- biore uv aqua rich sunscreen (or neutrogena invisible spf 40)
- a light moisturizer, but idk which one yet

routine:
morning: cleanser, moisturizer, sunscreen
night: cleanser, moisturizer

im not touching tret or azelaic acid for now, gonna see how my skin reacts to the basics for like 6-8 weeks first. if the acne doesnt improve ill go to a dermatologist.

2 questions:
1. is this enough for smn who js started or am i missing smth?
2. which light moisturizer would u recommend for oily skin? budget ones preferred ofc

As someone with incredibly oily skin I'd recommend curology gel moisturizer

i js want a clean skin tbh cuz the rest is gonna depend on me and how imma lose weight. i hope my facial skin gonna be good tho

yeah makes sense, ill start with the basics first and add tret later. gonna see a derm for it since im 16. i think the basics will be enough for a healthy skin but not enough to clear the current acne which is not even much only a bit but ill prolly get more in the future but FOR NOW this is enough ig, but prolly it'll be enough to have "no acne" when i hopefully add tret in the future
also i live in italy so the curology moisturizer u recommended will prolly be hard to find here, ill look for a similar light gel one at the pharmacy. thanks for ur suggestions tho <3
