If you want to have your BPEL at all times and never have to push down. Use a fat dissolver on your fat pad and that will contribute a lot to your PE journey

thats an innovative idea ngl. Yeah, the fat pad or the FUPA hides a lot of inches, like a rule of thumb is like 30 kg for an inch. IF you are fat. Press down on the area and get a feel for how many inches there are. I dont know about the safety of lemonbottle on the area so do your research.

I’ve done my research and people have tried it it’s dissolvable and orc can confirm it. I have like id say an inch of fat of fatpad as im currently 19-20% im gonna do it once i get lipolab
