Jellqing is rather a risk IMHO.

Statistically: 1000h of PE = 1 inch in lenght

Bathmate and Androextender are fine.
You can also go for Penimasterpro.

You will probably have big problems using Androextender or Penimasterpro for the first time. Like even one hour of adjusting it.
