Something he said in the video that had me thinking was he said that if you start roids before you reach your natty max, you won't hit your roid max

Basically if you train to your max natural potential and then hop on, you'll reach a higher peak than if you were to just start roids from the start

He said that if you start roids from the start you'll plateau under what you'd be at if you started the roids after you had gotten to your natty limit

Is this true?
