I'm reposting this in off topic because you guys don't look at fitness forum because you are all a bunch of 20% bodyfat larping social outcast children with gamer physiques and you don't actually looksmax you just starve yourselves for 2 days straight and then binge eat for the next week like actual anorexic angsty teenage fat girl and tell yourself "you're starve maxxing" (you're just a fat ass kid trying to feel sorry for yourself by starving)


These people are so cringe, they always put down bodybuilding and being lean and cutting acting like it's all twink behavior (think is a word that fat sub5 incels use). Every time I see reddit posts by these fatasses it's so transparent that they're just lazy ass sub5 fatasses who are resentful of lean chads and bodybuilders and like the idea of only going to the gym 3 times a week and they can eat as much as they want and still pretend they're athletic when they run a fucking 15 minute mile because in reality they have no fucking discipline whatsoever and strength training is literally the easiest fucking sport. You literally just eat a lot and pick up heavy things there is zero discipline required tbh. These fatass middle aged men who would get tied into a knot by a 140 lbs purple belt absolutely can't stand that women see brad Pitt in fight club and automatically assume he's stronger. "Pfft I don't need to be shredded that's for twinks, those guys are on a super strict no carb diet man (translation: they don't gorge themselves on 3000 calories every single day) god these guys are such faggots. All fatass "power lifters" who will never ever pass a 6 plate deadlift getting completely mogged by a 6'4 samoan after 3 months training are the absolutely corniest copers on planet earth. Literally wasting their time in the gym to tell themselves they're an athlete when the only athlete they would beat in a fight is a fucking runner. And even then idk their cardio is legit dog shit.

Unless you are 6'4 beast you will never be considered big and strong. Give up on that. What you can have though is a lean athletic physique which women are more attracted to anyways. All you need is to look like Michael c hall in the gamer and you're chilling
