Neck training I have a harness with weights. I do weights on Monday, Wednesday, Friday. On Tuesday and Thursday I do neck, cardio, abs and sauna:

3x15 19kg neck curls

3x6 19kg side and obliques neck curls

10kg ball 3x3x12 abdominal crunches and obliques

3x18 25kg cable down midsection

3x8 25kg cable down obliques

3x15 15kg cable abdominals side

Cardio 30 mins

I began the year training neck curls lying on my bed with no weight. I am now curling around 20kg and increasing.

My diet is nothing fancy. I just make sure I have high protein and everything else naturally fits into places. I snack on protein bars, fruit, Greek yoghurt etc. The main is limiting alcohol which I tend to max around 4 drinks per week so I can stay in good shape. I eat pizza and whatever I want but my overall lifestyle is healthy and that’s what matters.

My advice for this is make sure you get enough protein, limit processed foods and alcohol. Be healthy, you will look healthy and therefore Looksmaxx effortlessly
