asians usually piss me off but i admire their attention to detail and drive. heres a few photos of what i ate.
they spend years learning just how to make rice. then multiple years learning how to butcher the fish. no waste either and very sustainable. i admire the fact that they dedicated their life to something that you eat in one bite. so cheers for japanese people.
