I would start at 2iu daily move up 2 every week until you at 12iu so first week 2iu ED, second week 4iu ED, and so on until ur at at least 10, just take as much as you can afford the more the better with hgh.

Also dose at night at same time every night ideally like 30 mins to an hour before sleep
