when i think back apart from gymcelling i havent done super much looks wise but changed a lot about my personality, i got low inhib and confident and nt and my successrate with women has changed drastically

i currently got 8 girls on the line that either got a crush or made it very clear i could have sex with them

4 years ago i had 0 and pretty much looked the same just abit skinnier

Despite spreading the get looks or die hyperbole I do wish I was a bit more NT because that means I’d have more chances banging my current looksmatches. Improving your looks is way easier than improving your personality. At this point I’ve practically given up on the latter.

I went up about 2 points in looks since 2018 with both soft- and hardmaxxing. But in terms of personality there was little change. I don’t get a panic attack talking to strangers but I just can’t help detesting social settings. I often get tired soon when there’re too many people around.

Fortunately I do well in one to one interactions tho.

The average male is looksminned like crazy so 4.5 PSL around 5'9 height and physique is enough imo
