starvation in puberty

what are signs of starvation (i’m 16yr) in puberty bc i think i have an Ed and i get so scared to eat more and that i will get fat but i notice i feel chronically stressed always worried about what to eat later, i hate everything and my mood is trash, havent even thought about jerking off in WEEKS so im guessing maybe lower test??? if someone could supply threads or data showing why i need to eat more or anything helpful please do i hate living like this
