Gonna see how long I can starve myself for and hopefully get from 22% bf back down to 7%. Is this optimal to get a bitch?

Yes it's the most optimal thing you can do for yourself.
But don't rush it. You're gonna lose your energy and just want to lay around all day. 1000-2000 calories a day is good
