I need to go from 16% bf to 10% bf in the next 2 months. The reason is my in-person Surgery Consultation with Prof Mommaerts.

Maintenance Calorie is 2190 calorie / day
So I'll try eating only ~ 1200 calorie / day

1 protein shake and 1 small meal should be below 1200 calories right??

Thats not starvemaxxing. Starvemaxxing is literally starving and 0-300 calories

you need to exercise as well, losing weight while sitting on your ass takes 3 times longer and is super frustrating

Be careful with at at 16. Get your proteins in, and sunlight. Get some fat in as well. Exercise too. Losing weight alone is enough to turn someone from LTN to HTN in a month or two

Yes i do Kickboxing twice, jogging once and PE twice per week

As i said i obtain protein from 1 protein shake / day
My Supplement Stack is :
- Vitamin D3 + K2
- Zinc + Vitamin C
- Magnesium + Vitamin E
- Ashwaganda 900mg
- Multivitamin
Get some fat in as well. Exercise too.
I exercise 3-4 times a week
Losing weight alone is enough to turn someone from LTN to HTN in a month or two

Starvemaxxing is retarded, slows metabolism down plus crashes hormones, causes hair loss, shitty skin etc

All you need is low blood sugar in most of the day by avoiding carbs (except before and after exercisnd instead using your own bodyfat for fuel in ketosis

You cannot burn fat until your body has carbs it will burn those instead

I got here by eating 2 800 - 3 000 cals + avoiding carbs. No starving, no restricting just eating and being satiated
