Starve yourself or be starved out of the experience of being a human. I reached 10% bf and got a lot more iois than ever before. now i am a fat cuck at 14-15%. dont let anyone ever tell u that 10% and less is not worth it. my face was extremely gaunt at that time now due to my shit genetics i look bloated again
