You need to lift while you starve

Because when u starve urself ur body slows down ur metabolism so u consume less energy

Ur only gonna be tired cause ur body will be on preserve battery mode and will lose weight way slower

Because you need to be working out at the same time for the body to lose fat instead of muscle. Your body doesn't care about looking good, it only cares about survival and fat is more important for survival than muscle. So if you don't give it a reason to keep the muscle (working out) it will just burn off muscle instead of fat

By fixing your appetite regulation and general health. Maintaining a healthy body fat percentage that is neither too high nor too low is supposed to be effortless.

And how would you achieve those things?

If you did a 700 calorie deficit you would have lost 6kg of fat and kept muscle

Honestly, this is the exact time myself and others would tell you to go enjoy your youth but I can’t blame you for LDARing.
A terrible time to be alive.

It depends on the person, but generally, by learning to properly listen to your body when it comes to food choices, distinguishing hunger from habitual eating and correcting nutritional deficiencies, especially vitamin D (which requires a blood test) and minerals. In the presence of underlying health issues, those should be adressed as well. There's no one-size-fits-all approach. You have to figure out what works best for you. I personally like OMAD for the convencience and mental clarity, but I eat whatever I like and don't restrict calories. What works for me might not work for you though.

How would you go about fixing a vitamin D deficiency without the sun?

I’ve heard that vitamin D supplements aren’t exactly the best and rarely work but I have virtually zero sun where I live.

Vitamin D supplements do work, but you need to find one that has good quality and comes with a COA that's up to date. Get a blood test to determine your current 25(OH)D levels and then use a calculator to find the right dosage. Aim to reach 90 ng/ml within 30 days, based on the values shown and then get another blood test to see where you're at. If necessary, readjust your dosage, otherwise continue with the maintenance dose. I would test vitamin D status twice a year, ideally, once in the winter and once in the summer, to ensure optimal levels.

You'll also need magnesium (~1.5 g magnesium carbonate per day or 200-400 mg of elemental magnesium) and vitamin K2 MK7 (200 µg or 10 µg for every 1,000 IU vitamin D). Boron, riboflavin and cholesterol deficiency can also affect vitamin D status.

That calculator says I need 19k IU daily, isn't that rather excessive?
