dude holy fuck my stomach is killing me so much that i just starved today. i dont even feel hungry :lul: maybe all that GOYSLOP while sick wasnt a good idea. mirin the deficit tho

im gonna starve tmrw till the evening too :love: thats how bad my stomach got fucked
 
no reason for starving an 500-1000cal deficit is fine depending on weight
