So I lost over 30kg-s by starvemaxing mostly and cardio sessions only close to 0 lifting weights. Is it over for my growth plates and hormones?

Your pirtuatary gland should still function normally even while cutting you would have to be at a extremely low body fat percent for it to not function. With that being said you’re low iq for starvemaxxing in the first place excersise diet etc should be a marathon not a sprint and it should be fun

Starvemaxxing is never good because it massively increases the risk of loose skin.

Yea I mean now I realised starving is not useful at all, just I wanted to ask your opinions about this.

just now realised this after dropping 22kg in 6 months with cardio and I didn't starvemaxx but just ate less, I need to actually lift weights and grow, then I'll just do this for the better part of a year and then cut a bit. 2026 will be my year trust, yes its fine I'm a manlet, yes I'm coping, yes I'm a KHHV teen

Glad you realised this. dropping a lot in weight very fast is unhealthy. It also stresses your body a lot wich isn’t good. You’re a chill apple 🍎
