New method ive been on, can’t be healthy in the slightest but boy is ts getting me lean
140mg Test P (20mg ed) so my cock works
210mg Tren A (30mg ed) so I don’t lose muscle
35mg Var Preworkout (for the huzz)
4mg Reta for appetite suppression
5 iu hgh for fat loss

This stack will help keep all muscle mass for the most part, now the real key is to spam adderall, 30-60mg everyday, shit suppresses my appetite so much my diet is legit fast all day the 2 80g protein shakes before bed, you will feel like absolute shit and want to die but man does it get you lean

Then when ur tryna mog, have a little clean carbs like rice and potatoes the day before and the morning of, rip hctz the day of and youll look insane

You can easily maintain all your muscle mass on a PSMF diet with just Test and some growth.

If you wanted to aggressive deficit with Tren you should’ve added 400-500mg DNP and Sema (highest affinity to GLP1) or Cag instead of Addy.

Interesting, I like to keep my test below 180 as I get bloated very easy off of it (thats off test e and c though, this is my first time trying p cuz you recommended it) but I’m lowkey getting bigger and stronger whilst getting leaner off the tren which is nice, I’ve always been scared of DNP but I’ve seen you preach it before, my main concern is mixing it with stims and adderall and dying though lmao, I do have a good amount of clen a friend gave me whats your thoughts on that, also what is cag?

Just don’t eat anything and spam white monsters and cigs til like 7pm and go to bed at 9 or 10, I doubt you will overeat in the 2-3 hrs you have
