i wanna get to a low % of bodyfat but im too lazy to count my cals ive been skinny my whole life so id just eat a lot and go gym but now im actually starting to gain weight and less ab definition so im thinking of going on 500-800 cals per day for like a year but im not sure if going to the gym will be bad cause my body dosent get enough nutrition or some shit either way i dont care about muscle only abs

dosent seem like a bad idea ill js starve until im like 7% bf
because u will be in an nutrient deficit and u will fuck up ur hormones. just body recomp if ur a beginner or go in a slight deficit

dnr im 6'4 and well developed bone i dont mind fucking up anything else because i already have anything else i was already starving i was js asking if i could do it whle going to the gym maybe read the actual question before typing shit iqlet

When you set a crazy defect like that then ur never gonna follow it, 300 calorie deficit is all you need and you can still eat like shit if you want

Being short is a curse im 169cm at 14 (15 in july) and I think that im lowk cooked bcs a lot of ppl are 175-180+
