i wanna get to a low % of bodyfat but im too lazy to count my cals ive been skinny my whole life so id just eat a lot and go gym but now im actually starting to gain weight and less ab definition so im thinking of going on 500-800 cals per day for like a year but im not sure if going to the gym will be bad cause my body dosent get enough nutrition or some shit either way i dont care about muscle only abs
