Very technically speaking I'm victim weight too since I'm sub 200. I used to indeed think like that when I was permabulking and was very into BJJ.

I'm now lean and very muscular, but the fact that I'm lean is no excuse to lack muscle mass or strength. Lacking muscle just takes away your masculine appeal and makes you look like a little twig that can't even defend themselves if it came down to it.

Every male, and even women should be able to lift 225 in their first couple months of lifting if they actually put in the work, sadly it is indeed very hard to do that when you weigh the same as a 10-year-old lol. Skinny copecels are something else
