im writing this becouse i have enough of being fat ugly bitch, im going to starvemaxx while in puberty im 6'0 and 220 pounds while 14. im around 30-35% body fat. im at my lowest right now in my life i dont want to live ugly. only thing that keeping me sane is looksmaxxing. im hoping on 1000 calories cut. im going to eat 1000 calories a day and get as much protein as i can to not loose shit ton of muscles and still loose weight. im going to post updates every week while looksmaxxing. every sunday im going to give weight updates. i wanted ask for people to give me advice what to do, i already know about nicotine and caffeine to surpress hunger. give me other more niche advice pls. im going to post weight update next sunday bye for now.

You'll lose much weight but not as much fat with starving and getting "much protein" won't save you from losing a lot of muscles if you don't work out or something
 
Spend those calories on nutritious animal foods or youre going to regret this later in life

First off 1k kcal a day isnt near to starving second youre gonna regret this anyway

doing anything but hopping in the gym and eating in a slight calorie deficit or even eating maintenance for a body recomp. eating a 1000 calories just simply isn't ideal for development especially for ideal protein intake. you are gonna look like a skinny fat fuck, not lean.

not only that but nicotine in puberty can contribute to short stature in adult hood.

I recommend to just try and fix your fucking diet and eat like a human is meant to, and go to the gym.
