For two days i have only eaten one apple and some water and i feel like collapsing i feel tired

but i havent seen a change at all in my face yet. why?

I have 0 energy and im to tired to even jfl react a funny post i see.

you're dieting like a dumbass dont do that. you need to just eat 500 below maintenence.

I would take multivitamins daily at least. I take it every day just because they are so cheap and they might be beneficial. And I'm just on a normal caloric deficit, not starving.

If you plan on fasting for days, then don't eat anything. Now you broke your fast for no reason and restart it again, for no reason, you're just fucking yourself over.
Find other things to do, instead of thinking about food and it won't be a problem at all. I can go for several days without food without giving a fuck about it.

Absolutely terrible advice, very dumb and just senseless.
You literally piss out 100% of those vitamins of yours, if you don't eat them with food. Also you have to carefully select all the vitamins yourself, so MULTI VITAMINS ARE ACTUALLY FUCKING USELESS, which are bioavailable, otherwise it's a waste, again.

Legit thread. I'd recommend not eating for a few days, and after that stay completely away from carbs
