I'm currently 70kg 188cm (20bmi) 13%bf and I am willing to go down to 10%, how do I make sure I lose fat and not muscle?
Heroin chic is cool on girls but not exactly the look for a guy.
In a perfect world id have to lose about 2kgs so 68kg would be the goal which is borderline ok. But 67 and lower starts looking emaciated.
I currently do light calisthenics and subside on 120-140g protein a day, with a 300 calorie deficit
Chat japan tee told me to do LESS during a cut, just 5-6 sets per muscle group a week and never to failure. Is it cope?
